No, we don’t handle payments ourselves; we use a safe third-party payment service, so you’re always safe with us.
Will you charge me monthly?
No, since we don’t keep your credit card information, we can’t charge you monthly. You’re free to extend your account when you need it.
Can I cancel my account and get my money back?
With our complimentary free plan, the need for a 14-day guarantee is obviated. You’re welcome to experience our service at no expense. Should you wish to upgrade to a basic or premium account, payment options are available.
Will you store my CV information in your database without sharing it with a third party?
Your CV information is 100% secured in our database and will not be shared with any third party at all.
What will happen after my paid subscription expires?
After your paid subscription expires, we will convert your account to a free plan, and it’s up to you to continue with the free plan or make the payment for a premium plan.
Can I cancel my account and delete all my stored information from your database?
Yes, any time you want, just log into your account, go to account settings, and hit the ’delete my account’ button. Then your information will be deleted from our entire system.
